Beforei wikipedia it im going to tell you that at this moment i believe them to be what makes ribena so tasty,here goes..... OH! its just another name for vitamin b...whatever that does...wiki says it "It is essential for healthy skin, nails, hair growth and general good health, including regulating thyroid activity." so now you know! I also found out that Ariboflavinosis is a riboflavin deficiency, commonly found in alcoholics. So its quite lucky that i have lots of riboflavins for while i still drink just one pint in each of the many pubs i frequent no one will suspect i have a.....problem! That is until someone follows me and realises i frequent them all in the same day....every single day...except sunday.
